We aspire to help you to grow and graduate from our Institute as a servant-hearted and eternity-driven leader, focused on the Word of God and the Holy Spirit and driven to excel in your calling/ministry.
- Be a believer of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Must have a calling into ministry.
- Must belong to a local church and be born again.
- Must be able to read and write.
- Those who do not have any form of educational certificate must take a written examination to show they can read and write.
- All selected candidates will be interviewed before final admission into the Institute.
- An applicant who is admitted to the Institute shall be required to register for their selected courses specified by Academic Board/ Management at the beginning of every trimester.
- Every student shall be required to pay a non-refundable tuition fee to be announced at the beginning of the academic year as a pre-condition for registration.
- An orientation session will be held for all admitted students to welcome and introduce them into the Pneuma Institute and to the certificate courses of study before lectures begin. The orientation programme will also afford students the opportunity to meet Course Instructors, staff members and fellow students. It is mandatory for all students to attend the orientation.
The academic year shall comprise three trimesters (i.e. first, second and third).
- First Trimester: September – December
- Second Trimester: January – April
- Third Trimester: May – July
A trimester shall be made up of twelve (12) weeks in duration and shall be structured as follows:
- 10 weeks of teaching
- 1 week of revision
- 1 week of examination
The Professional Certificate in Ministry Programme shall take one (1) year to complete.

Bridging the classroom and the sanctuary, Practical Ministry program translate academic theology into hands-on leadership skills, preparing students for the everyday demands of congregational care.
Register for Executive Certificate in Christian Counseling
The Christian Counseling will equip ministry leaders and laypeople with the tools to provide spiritual support through a biblical lens which will prepare students for effective, non-licensed service within their faith communities.
